| Price Increase September 7 All Manufacturers have taken an increase as of September 1. Inventory is continuing to slowly flow in but no prices are protected. Therefore, we are forced to move our prices up effective September 7, 2021. We apologize for such short notice on our Increase date. **Nails continue to increase- The Freight Cost since January has moved from $3500 per truck to $28,000 and we have not seen any relief so far. On the Bright Side, the volatile OSB market has finally shown signs of stabilizing back down at a reasonable level with the futures reporting promising data for now. |
